This is a pad assist model, meaning as the friction of the scrub pad on the ground assists in pulling the machine forward. It does provide a lot of assistance and results in very minimal operator effort to use and propel forward.
The T3 also features an adjustable scrub pressure setting allowing you to use it with 50 lbs of down pressure or increase it to 90 lbs.
This machine features a 20 disk scrub head with a pad driver for cleaning with scrub pads. If you desire a bristle scrub brush be sure to check the option box to add a scrub brush

A commercial loading dock or a facility that has a forklift would be perfect.
