Description
Noblelift HERO Lithium Task Support Vehicle – 700 lb Capacity
The Noblelift HERO Lithium Task Support Vehicle is a compact electric order-picking and elevated work vehicle designed for warehouses, distribution centers, retail facilities, manufacturing plants, and other tight work environments.
With a 700-lb total capacity, 252-inch maximum working height, lithium-ion power, four steering modes, and true zero-point turning, the HERO provides a highly maneuverable alternative for applications that may not require a conventional forklift. A Compact Electric Order Picker for Tight Spaces
The HERO is designed for situations where workers need to pick products, access elevated storage, transport light materials, or perform elevated tasks without bringing a full-size forklift into the work area.
Its compact design and four steering modes provide exceptional maneuverability in confined spaces.
The HERO can operate in:
Normal Front Steering
Front-wheel steering for longer-distance travel.
Normal Rear Steering
Rear-wheel steering for increased maneuverability in confined areas.
Cloud Walking
Allows the vehicle to move laterally for side-to-side positioning. This can be particularly useful when working alongside shelving or storage locations.
Zero Point Turning
The wheels turn in opposite directions, allowing the HERO to rotate within its own footprint.
252-Inch Maximum Working Height
The Noblelift HERO provides a 180-inch maximum platform height and a 252-inch maximum working height.
This makes it suitable for elevated order picking, inventory management, maintenance tasks, replenishment, and other applications where employees need access to higher work areas.
The vehicle automatically reduces speed at elevated heights as part of its operating and safety system.
700-Lb Capacity
The HERO's total rated capacity is 700 lbs, distributed across the operator platform and load trays:
-
300 lbs — operator platform
-
200 lbs — front load tray
-
200 lbs — rear load tray
This allows operators to carry tools, inventory, cartons, parts, packing materials, and other light loads while performing elevated work.
Lithium-Ion Power
The HERO uses a 24V/150Ah lithium-ion battery with a built-in 24V/30A charger.
The lithium battery can be opportunity charged during breaks and shift changes, helping support continuous operation in multi-shift environments without routine battery changes.
2,600-Lb Towing Capacity
The HERO can also perform light transportation duties.
With its towing connector, the vehicle has a 2,600-lb towing capacity for pulling compatible carts, trailers, and dollies.
This gives the HERO capabilities beyond conventional order picking and elevated work.
Telescopic Load Tray
The telescopic load tray extends from 13.6 to 20.7 inches, providing additional carrying space while maintaining visibility for the operator.
Additional storage areas can accommodate smaller items such as documents, packing film, tools, and pick tickets.

Who Should Consider the Noblelift HERO?
The HERO is particularly suited to operations where employees frequently need to pick products or perform work at elevated heights while carrying tools or light materials.
It can be an alternative to using a ladder for repetitive elevated work or deploying a larger forklift when the application primarily involves people, light materials, and elevated access.
The HERO is not a conventional counterbalance forklift. Its value comes from combining elevated access, order picking, light material handling, towing, and exceptional maneuverability in one compact electric vehicle.
Why Choose the Noblelift HERO?
For warehouses and facilities looking for a compact electric solution for elevated order picking and task support, the HERO combines:
700-lb capacity + 252-in. working height + lithium-ion power + four steering modes + 2,600-lb towing capacity.
That combination makes the HERO a specialized material-handling solution for applications where a conventional forklift may be more equipment than the job requires.
