Clean The Floor Or Designated Area
A buffer will shine better if it had less grime and polish by which to clear. You need to make sure the space is as pristine as possible. Prepare Your Machine

Decide if you want to use a scrubbing pad or brushes respectively. The type of floor will determine which one would be better. Use scrubbing brushes on floor tiles, especially if they are uneven. Polishing pads are great for concrete floors, and make sure they aren’t dry when they are in use. Always check to see if they need replacing.
Add the correct proportion of the cleaning solution to the machine. This is important so that you don’t have too watery a polish, or too concentrated a residue left on the floor. Follow the instructions on the bottle regarding the ratio of clean water to the solution.
Go With The Flow
A buffer is a powerful machine. When you fire it up, you don’t pull on it to clean space from side to side. Instead, you apply or remove hand pressure to the handles as you see fit. Press down to make the buffer move left, and lift to get it to move to the right after it reaches a forty-five-degree angle. Regularly pull the handle on the solution tank to get the shampoo that you need.
Buffers cannot clean the corners of the room or space, due to their round heads. For these corners, use a handheld polishing brush. This is the only necessary elbow grease that you need.
After you are done, use a wet-dry vacuum or auto scrubber to clean up excess solution. Wipe down any furniture or walls that may have been sprayed with solution.
